Staff is welcoming, breakfast fine, location is unbeatable just off the ski slope, ski rental, Gondola and the walking street.

Best staff, completely renovated and large bedrooms. Stunningly beautiful view, a big balcony, amazing bed, too. Hotel close enough to restaurants and pubs. I visited a beach restaurant and enjoyed the Spanish meals they offer.

We had economy apartment with kitchen, balcony, for instance. The accommodation was close to a gondola station.

Bountiful breakfast and unbelievable location, great wi-fi.

we loved lobby, it was pleasant. breakfast was above average - a good choice of meals - coffee, pastries, yoghourt, bangers and breads. the hotel has gorgeous location really close to the ski slope, town centre, the hill.

We appreciated it, especially its food and stuff. Room was big, bigger then in most Bansko hotels. Moreover, it was easy to park on-site.

Was a useful base for trip. Perfect location ; delightful view from the room ; friendly staff. Very clean unit. As picky eaters we liked to be close to a wide range of restaurants, went to Victoria couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away.

Really adjacent to pirin street. A unique base for skiing.

Kitchenette available. The view from the window was fantastic! Suitable place for your holidays in Bansko.
